Vishay Releases New Industrial 3/8-Inch Square Single-Turn Cermet Trimmer Optimized for PCB Layout

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. has introduced the M61, a new industrial-grade 3/8-inch square single-turn cermet trimmer. The Vishay Sfernice M61 offers extended shaft, cross-slot rotor, or knob options for easy finger adjustment, along with multiple pin configurations suitable for top or side adjustment, optimizing PCB layout.

The newly released device features a wide resistance range from 10 Ω to 2 MΩ, operates across -55 °C to +125 °C, and provides a low temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C. With a fully sealed design, the M61 withstands standard board washing processes and offers a rated power of 0.5 W at +85 °C. It is ideal for industrial applications such as welding equipment, power tools, 3D printers, and heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
